Ha, fijn!

Eigenlijk is dit al een voorproefje op de Count your blessings van morgen. Het was zo'n toffe dag...

Actually, this is a taste of tomorrow's Count your blessings. It's been such a fine, fine day...

De meesterschilder kwam er met mijn broertje (die niet op de foto wilde) achter, dat ze ook heel goed kunnen straten.
Master painter found out, together with my brother (who didn't want to be on the photo), that they are very well in paving too. 

Timmermanbroertje lacht nu nog wel, maar niet lang meer: hij heeft ons daar een gat gemaakt in Ed's nauwkeurig gestuukte wc-muur en dat zal hem nog duur komen te staan.
Carpenter brother is laughing here, but not for long: he made a hole in Ed's carefully plastered toilet wall, while making a cupboard beneath the stairs, and he will have to pay dearly.

Maar wat een resultaten he? Onze oplooplaan tot aan de voordeur.
But ah, the results! They are great. Our drive way to the frontdoor.

En zo'n fijne kast onder de pas, uitstekend geverfde trap.
And such a nice cupboard beneath the freshly and well painted stairs.


De badkamer is ook heerlijk schoon: daar heeft Granny Henny zich over ontfermd.
The bathroom is waonderfully clean: Granny Henny took great care of that.

Het behang is eindelijk binnen: de muren in de hal zijn eigenlijk bijzonder onglad, een behangetje is het enige wat dit nog kan verbeteren.
The wall paper finally arrived: the walls in the hall are actually not so smooth and only wall paper can make them look nice in the end. 

En dan nu de echte vooruitblik op de Tel je zegeningen: Zus en Grote Beer, die zo ontzettend smerig waren maar ook zo ontzettend genoten hebben vandaag. Ze sliepen al voor hun haartjes droog waren, in precies die houding waarin ze erin gekropen waren. Heerlijke dag.
And now, the actual preview of tomorrow's Count your blessings: Sister and Big Bear who were incredibly dirty but who also had incredibly much fun today. They slept before their freshly washed hair was dry, in the same position they want to bed. Lovely day.
